Ze Frank is a “regular guy” (sort of) who has a website and a video blog.
I happened upon his site when I learned about a problem on Wikipedia, where certain people have been deleting Wikipedia pages on particular bloggers, saying that they are not really worthy of inclusion. Reading the blurb about Ze got me immediately interested in learning more about him (and made me hope that the nefarious Wikipedia deletionists don’t get their way).
I can highly recommend Ze’s show, appropriately named “The Show”, as a fine source of daily (weekdaily) entertainment. He really has a knack for art, idea generation, and insight into news events.
He started his show on March 17, 2006 with a promise to make the show for exactly one year. Here’s hoping he gets picked up by a major sponsor sometime before then, so I can continue to have a daily dose of Ze after March 17 of this year.
If you decide to give Ze a try, I recommend starting with the first show and working your way through the archives, as some of the new shows won’t make much sense otherwise. (e.g. He calls his one-day-per-week of news roundup “Ride the Fire Eagle Danger Day.”)
