How to Get Your Android Phone Out of Safe Mode
One of my friends suddenly found that her phone had put itself in “safe mode”. She had no idea how she had done it and no idea how to get it out of that mode. After looking around on the internet, I found a solution that worked for her.
- Turn the phone off.
- Turn it back on and hold the “up” volume button.
Pretty easy, but it seemed to work for her.

Very helpful, especially when I could not get answer from the phone’s help menu, nor is there anywhere on the phone’s lengthy menus where it uses the term “Safe Mode.”

For some odd reason it didn’t work on my phone. I tried it 3 times and it still has safe mode on the bottom left hand side of my screen. Is there any other way to get rid of it?

Thanks it worked for me :-) seems to have gone into safe mode because i am at work so when I turned my phone on I was holding down the volume down button I only figured it out once I read your cure. Thanks again
